We have a formal complaints policy which:<\/p><ol><li>is fair, open and transparent<\/li><li>is systematic and straightforward<\/li><li>is confidential<\/li><li>ensures we adopt a positive approach when managing complaints, with both complainant and respondent<\/li><li>involves UKACF representatives at the appropriate level and right up to the CEO if necessary<\/li><li>ensures we deal with complaints in a timely manner.<\/li><\/ol><h2>What is a \u2018good faith\u2019 complaint?<\/h2><p>We only deal with good faith complaints. These are complaints that meet all these conditions:<\/p><ul><li>are made only after the complainant has made every effort to resolve the problem before approaching UKACF<\/li><li>are substantiated with evidence<\/li><li>are not subject to legal or regulatory or administrative action<\/li><li>are not based on hearsay<\/li><li>are not an attempt to discredit or engage in lobbying and\/or influencing<\/li><li>relate to the performance of an UKACF employee or a certification or inspection body we have accredited.<\/li><\/ul><h2>How do I make a complaint?<\/h2><p>All complaints must be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.<\/p><p>Complete this complaints form and submit it to UKACF<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
